About the studio
Who we are and how we work.
Where are you based?
We are based in Marietta, Ohio and serve the whole Mid-Ohio Valley, including Parkersburg, Vienna, Williamstown, Belpre, Athens, St. Marys, and the surrounding counties. There is no travel fee in the Marietta metro.
Are you FAA certified?
Yes. We hold a current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, required for all commercial drone operations. We carry comprehensive liability insurance and Certificates of Insurance are available on request.
Do you comply with Ohio drone laws?
Yes. We operate in full compliance with FAA Part 107 and Ohio House Bill 77, including privacy protections, airspace authorizations, and restricted-zone awareness.
Do you work outside the Mid-Ohio Valley?
Yes, often. We shoot across Ohio and West Virginia. Beyond the Marietta metro, travel is $0.73 per mile round trip, and overnight stays for multi-day shoots are quoted separately.

What services do you offer?
Social media management, land listing video, real estate photo and video, commercial and event films, and multi-drone livestreams. Drone footage is part of every production, and Matterport 3D tours are available as an add-on.
What drone do you use?
DJI Mavic 3 Pro with Hasselblad camera. 20MP photos, 5.1K video, 46-minute flight time. Professional-grade equipment for professional results.
Can you fly at night?
Yes. We are equipped for night operations with proper anti-collision lighting and the necessary FAA authorizations. Twilight real estate shoots and special projects are available on request.
Do you offer video tours for homes?
Yes. Our cinematic walk-through covers the interior and exterior with drone footage, music, color grade, and text overlays. Video is $475, or $699 bundled with photos. Voiceover can be added for $99.
Can you manage my business social media?
Yes. Basic is $699 a month for Facebook and Instagram. Advanced is $1,600 a month and adds TikTok, Reels, DM replies, and a monthly strategy call. Premium is $2,800 a month and adds two produced YouTube videos a month. All plans are month to month.

The money side
Clear starting prices, deposits, and rush options.
How much does drone photography cost?
Drone footage comes inside every package. Home listings start at $299 for 25 to 35 photos with drone aerials, $475 for video, or $699 for both. Land listing video is $200 per tract plus $10 per acre. See the pricing page for everything else.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit is due when you sign, and the balance is due on delivery. Monthly social media plans are paid at the start of each month.
What payment methods do you accept?
We invoice through Square. You can pay by card, ACH bank transfer, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Do you charge travel fees?
There is no travel fee in the Marietta, Ohio metro. Beyond it, travel is $0.73 per mile (the IRS rate), round trip. Social media management has no travel fee.
Do you offer rush delivery?
Yes. 48-hour rush delivery is available for 50% of the item price. Standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days for photos and 7 to 10 business days for video.

From first call to final delivery.
How do I book a session?
Call (304) 543-3081, email horizonheightsproductions@gmail.com, or use our online booking widget. We will discuss your project, schedule a date, and send a confirmation with a pre-shoot checklist.
How far in advance should I book?
For listings, a week ahead is ideal, and we usually shoot within 5 business days of your deposit. For events, book 2 to 3 weeks ahead so we can plan coverage.
What happens if weather cancels the shoot?
We reschedule at no cost. We monitor weather 48 hours in advance and will proactively reach out if conditions look unfavorable.
How fast do you deliver?
Photos arrive in 3 to 5 business days and video in 7 to 10 business days from the shoot. Need it faster? 48-hour rush is available for 50% of the item price. Event highlight reels take 14 to 21 business days.
What file formats do you deliver?
Photos: high-res JPEG plus RAW files on request. Video: MP4 (4K). Social cuts in vertical and horizontal. All MLS-ready. Files delivered via online gallery with download links.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. One round of revisions is included in every package. Additional rounds are $99 per hour, and big changes like a reshoot or a new direction get a new quote.
