Common land video questions.
How is land video priced?
$200 per tract plus $10 per acre. We confirm acreage from parcel data before quoting. Multi-tract listings are quoted on combined acreage or as a package if each parcel needs its own edit.
How soon can you shoot?
We usually shoot within 5 business days of the deposit, weather permitting. Final video arrives 7 to 10 business days after the shoot.
Who is land video for?
Land agents and private sellers. It is a core part of our work, built to get buyers interested before they ever walk the property.
How fast is delivery?
Photos arrive in 3 to 5 business days and video in 7 to 10 business days from the shoot. 48-hour rush delivery is available for 50% of the item price.
Are you FAA certified and insured?
Yes. Every flight is flown by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot, and we carry general liability and drone liability insurance on every job. Certificates are available on request.
How do deposits and travel work?
50% deposit on signing, balance due on delivery. No travel fee in the Marietta, Ohio metro. Beyond it, travel is $0.73 per mile (the IRS rate), round trip.
