Booking & Process
How do I book a drone photography session?
Contact us via phone (304) 543-3081, email, or our online booking system. We'll discuss your project, schedule a date, and send a confirmation with a pre-shoot checklist.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 1-2 weeks for residential, 2-3 weeks for events. Same-week bookings often available for real estate.
What happens if weather cancels my shoot?
We reschedule at no cost. We monitor weather 48 hours before and will proactively reach out if conditions look unfavorable.
How long does a typical shoot take?
Residential: 1-2 hours. Commercial: 2-4 hours. Land surveys: 1-3 hours depending on acreage. Events: varies by package.
What do I need to prepare before the shoot?
We send a preparation checklist. Key items: declutter, lights on, blinds open, clean exterior, mow lawn, clear driveway.
Pricing & Payment
How much does drone photography cost?
Aerial drone photography starts at $200. Exterior property photos are $200, interior & exterior bundles from $299.99, and full cinematography packages from $699. See our pricing page for full details.
Do you charge travel fees?
Free within 30 miles of Marietta. Beyond that, $0.73/mile round-trip. Most Mid-Ohio Valley locations are within our free zone.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, credit card, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment due upon delivery of final media.
Do you offer discounts for multiple properties?
Yes! We offer volume pricing for realtors and property managers with ongoing needs. Contact us for a custom package.
Technical & Equipment
What drone do you use?
DJI Mavic 3 Pro with Hasselblad camera. 20MP photos, 5.1K video, 46-minute flight time. Professional-grade equipment for professional results.
How high can your drone fly?
Up to 400 feet AGL per FAA regulations. We capture at multiple altitudes (100ft, 200ft, 400ft) for variety.
Can you fly at night?
We are equipped for night operations with proper lighting and hold necessary authorizations. Night flights are available for twilight real estate shoots and special projects.
What resolution are the photos and videos?
Photos: 20MP RAW + edited JPEG. Video: 4K/5.1K resolution. All delivered in MLS-ready and social media optimized formats.
Legal & FAA
Are you FAA certified?
Yes, we hold a current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, required for all commercial drone operations.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry comprehensive liability insurance. COI available upon request for commercial projects and venues.
Can you fly over people/cars/buildings?
With proper authorization and safety protocols. We plan every flight for safety and comply with all FAA regulations regarding flights over people and moving vehicles.
Do you comply with Ohio drone laws?
Yes, we operate in full compliance with Ohio HB 77 and all state-level drone regulations, including privacy protections and restricted zone awareness.
Delivery & Files
How fast do you deliver photos?
Standard: 48-72 hours. Same-day rush available (+50%) and next-day rush (+25%). We deliver via Google Drive link.
What file formats do you deliver?
Photos: High-res JPEG + RAW files. Video: MP4 (4K). Social cuts in vertical and horizontal formats. All MLS-ready.
Can I use the photos on social media?
Absolutely! Full commercial usage rights are included. We also provide social-media-optimized sizes and vertical cuts for Stories/Reels.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes, we include one round of minor revisions at no cost (color adjustments, title changes, music swaps, cropping, text corrections). Major revisions (re-edits, re-shoots, concept changes) are billed at $150/hour with a 2-hour minimum.
