What events do you cover?
Fairs, festivals, conferences, product launches, and community events. We do not shoot weddings.
Can we reuse the footage in ads?
Yes. You own full commercial reuse rights to the finished films. Event Coverage also delivers organized raw footage you can cut into future ads.
How fast is delivery?
Photos arrive in 3 to 5 business days and video in 7 to 10 business days from the shoot. 48-hour rush delivery is available for 50% of the item price.
Are you FAA certified and insured?
Yes. Every flight is flown by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot, and we carry general liability and drone liability insurance on every job. Certificates are available on request.
How do deposits and travel work?
50% deposit on signing, balance due on delivery. No travel fee in the Marietta, Ohio metro. Beyond it, travel is $0.73 per mile (the IRS rate), round trip.
